Site previously allocated in MLP 2003 as part of the Hopefield housing development to provide potential employment opportunities for this expanding town, and with existing employment space principally utilised. Development will need to be suitable for a location close to housing. To assist in safeguarding the amenity of neighbouring housing, acceptable uses have been modified from business (Class 4)/ industry (Class 5) to business (Class 4) alone. This will reduce the potential for neighbour conflict, but continue to provide scope for local jobs.
